Dear New and Old Friends,

It is with humility and fullness of Spirit that I extend my love and welcome to you.

I have spent the past four years keeping a low profile, bidding good-bye to my beloved mate of 21 years, Paul, who succumbed to Alzheimer’s and saying hello to Jake, my wonderful new husband of three years. I’d wrongly thought that amyloidosis, the disease that inhabits my blood cells, would stay in remission after having undergone a stem cell/bone marrow transplant, but that was not to be. It re-emerged, virulent and deadly. After a second stem cell transplant last summer and the current regime of chemotherapy that is holding the disease in check, I am living life anew, with invigorated clarity, purpose and joy.

This has been a period of growing, healing, nurturing, and studying A Course in Miracles. It has been a time of intense spiritual awakening and personal self-inquiry. Much has been learned and there is plenty to share with you. Very soon, I’ll be posting a blog so that we may better connect, give and receive.

I am vital, happy and profoundly grateful for the beauty and love that define my life. So here I am, ready to once again walk the healing path alongside you. Thank you for joining me.

The Hokey Pokey IS
What It’s All About

is the story of two women who encountered and overcame common challenges by learning to take everything a little less seriously. They discovered that life, after all, is just “hokey pokey.”
